Alejandra Valenzuela Barred for Improper Conversion at Morgan Stanley

Attorney Advising Disclaimer

FINRA barred former Raymond James & Associates (Beverly Hills, CA) and Morgan Stanley (Brea, CA) broker Alejandra Valenzuela for improperly converting funds from Morgan Stanley when she was associated with the firm from 2012 to 2014.

FINRA AWC #2014041296501

The findings state that Valenzuela (CRD #4304813) converted approximately $3,725 from Morgan Stanley by submitting unwarranted fee reversals into her personal account at the firm, and by improperly crediting her personal account multiple times for the same service fee.

Morgan Stanley discharged Valenzuela in May 2014 after the conversion allegations came to light, and she became associated with Raymond James of Beverly Hills about one month later. Soon after FINRA began its investigation into Valenzuela's termination from Morgan Stanley, Raymond James likewise terminated her registration. Valenzuela's BrokerCheck report indicates she was registered with Raymond James from June 2014 until January 2016.
