Tony Huang, formerly of NY Life Securities, LLC, Barred for Falsifying Life Insurance Applications

Attorney Advising Disclaimer

FINRA barred a former NY Life Securities, LLC broker, Tony Huang, for allegedly partaking in a scheme to falsify life insurance applications. In addition to forging customer signatures, in some instances Huang allegedly attached fluid samples from third parties to customer applications.

FINRA Case #2013035252901

FINRA'S findings state that Huang engaged in the aforementioned misconduct from March 2011 through June 2012, allegedly impersonating customers during quality assurance calls in order to reinforce the "validity" of the falsified life insurance applications and to get policies in his client's names.

FINRA charged Huang with knowingly submitting or causing to be submitted life insurance applications containing false information, resulting in permanent banishment from the industry.
